Please use this area if you are an existing customer and wish to log a support question. The advantage of using this area rather than the general contact page is that each support question is logged under a unique reference number, and progress is reviewed by our customer support team against a strict set of procedures. You can log in to review progress and your past support questions.
If you have already used this service, our system will automatically recognise the email address you enter into the support form and add the call to the appropriate account.
If you haven't used this service before, you will be automatically assigned a customer support username and password, and you will receive emailed instructions on how to log in to review/change questions or calls. Please note this username will be different to your account management username as this is managed by a different department.
